After you officially book my services, you’ll receive access to an online music questionnaire. That questionnaire helps us keep track of your special songs (Ceremony songs, First Dance, etc.), dance party must-plays, and more! It also includes questions like, “What music do you like dancing to?”, “Are requests from your guests allowed?”, and “How would you like to be announced?”

Your answers will save automatically and you’ll be able to make adjustments at any point until the week of your wedding. This makes it easy to share the details I need to know at a pace that works for you.

Most couples I work with are really excited when they think about dancing on their wedding night! Some couples even have a playlist started before they book me.

If that sounds like you (or if you love making playlists), you’re welcome to send me a link to your playlist(s) on your favorite streaming service. From there, you tell me:

Should I use your playlists to get to know your music tastes? As inspiration for things you might want to hear? As your requests that you’d like played when you’re on the dance floor?

On your wedding day I’ll be communicating and working with your team of vendors to ensure we’re on the same page. This shows up as check-ins with your venue/planner, making sure your photo/video team is ready before announcing key moments, remaining flexible if last minute changes occur, and being ready to offer a helping hand.

If you send me your list of vendors ahead of time, I’ll reach out to anyone who might have questions for me or need details about my equipment/services.

You don’t need to pick out every single song. I’m here if you want help expanding a playlist, song suggestions for a specific moment, or need help creating a timeline.

In addition to being accessible by email, text, and phone, I meet with every couple at least once in their planning process. Most of these meetings are over the phone or Zoom and occur 2-5 weeks before their wedding.

This meeting is how I make certain I understand your vision, music preferences, and other requests. It’s also the time for me to double check pronunciations and to make sure I have the correct versions of songs for your special moments.

If you’d like me to be more involved in your planning process or have specific, detailed requests, there’s no charge to set up additional meetings. I love getting to know the couples I work with and creating personalized experiences!
